Q: What are your delivery fees?
A:
• Minimum delivery orders = $40
• For orders over $100 = Free delivery to Christchurch addresses.
• For orders between $40 – $100 and delivery in Christchurch = $10 Delivery Fee.
• Pick up orders from Butcher Store = No minimum spend for online orders and pick up.
• Delivery times are between 11 am and 4 pm Tuesday and Friday except for public holidays (you cannot choose your delivery time of day).
All online orders will need to be completed before 12 pm midday prior to our delivery days to ensure stock availability and to allow time for processing orders.
Our current delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays and our cut off time for online orders is 12 pm midday the day before delivery. For example, if you place an order on Thursday at 11.00 am we will deliver your order the following Friday. If you place an order at 3.00 pm on Thursday, it will be processed for the following Tuesday delivery.

Currently, we are only delivering within the Christchurch perimeter only, for deliveries outside of Christchurch please enquire to discuss your needs.

Q: Where do I pick up my order from?

Click and collect orders are from our Value Plus Meats butcher store located at 281 Dyers Road, Bromley, Christchurch.
Q: Are your products all grass-fed?
A:
All of our beef and lamb products are 100% grass fed from our farm in Greta Valley or trusted suppliers.
Pork and chicken usually have a grain or cereal based diet. Free range is likely to have a supplement grain or cereal to their diets.
Our Chicken is antibiotic free and not hormone fed.
But to confirm for you all of our beef and lamb are all grass fed.
Q: How many promotional codes/discounts can I claim?
A:
Only 1 promotional code or discount can be applied per purchase, multiple discounts or codes cannot be applied to the same order.
Q: Are website prices different to in-store pricing?
A:
Our website pricing per kg is the same as our in store pricing, however your packed meat weight that gets delivered may differ slightly allowing for slightly more or less meat. We aim to ensure accuracy and give you the best value for money. For our latest in-store specials recommend you popping into our butchery and viewing our wide range of quality meats.
Q: Are there more products available in store?
A:
Yes we have more meat products in-store and we have more options for weights just like your traditional butchery. To ensure we can meet your order and requirements our website only lists our most common meat cuts and the most commonly bought sizes and amounts.
