Ribeye steak, sometimes known as scotch fillet, is one of the most popular steaks in the world. It has a lovely tender texture and what makes it really stand out is all the wonderful marbled fat running through the meat (including an ‘eye’ of fat in the middle, hence the steak’s name), which when cooked melts and renders into the steak. This provides extra beefy flavour and a juicy, moist and tender texture. Impress everyone at the dinner table with this delicious steak cut.

Delivery Orders.
- Minimum delivery orders = $40
- For orders over $100 = Free delivery to Christchurch addresses.
- For orders between $40 – $100 and delivery in Christchurch = $10 Delivery Fee.
- Delivery times are between 11 am and 4 pm Tuesdays and Fridays except for public holidays (you cannot choose your delivery time of day).

- Pick up orders from Butcher Store = No minimum spend for online orders and pick up.
- Click & Collect Orders placed before 2pm can be collected the same day (please allow 30 minutes). Orders placed after 2pm can be collected the following day (business days only).
